Flex partners with JNH Lifestyles to enable customers to use HSA/FSA funds for purchases. Flex functions as a payment option, similar to services like Affirm or Klarna.

At checkout, simply select your HSA or FSA card as your payment method. Our platform processes HSA/FSA payments securely through Flex. Enter your card details as you would with any standard debit card, and Flex will verify that your purchase is eligible before completing the transaction.

If your HSA or FSA card is not available at the time of purchase, you may complete your order using an alternative payment method such as a credit or debit card. You may then be eligible to submit a reimbursement request directly through your HSA or FSA account provider by providing your order receipt as documentation.

HSA/FSA cards can be declined if information such as the card number, expiration date, or zip code is entered incorrectly. Flex will notify you during checkout if any field is missing or incorrect.

The most common reason for decline is insufficient funds. Please contact your HSA or FSA provider to confirm your balance before reattempting.

At this time, our checkout only supports one HSA or FSA card per transaction. If you wish to use multiple HSA/FSA cards, we recommend splitting your order into separate transactions, each charged to a different card.
