Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Cutoff time is 10AM PST Monday-Friday.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual shipping times may vary depending on:
- Freight carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Regional logistics issues

Economy Curbside Delivery — $0
Economy Delivery (Inside Garage) — $249
Express Curbside Delivery — $200
Express Delivery (Inside Garage) — $449
All delivery options include liftgate service.
Liftgate service may not be available in some rural areas.
Multiple Sauna Orders
For multiple sauna purchases, customers should place one sauna per order, or contact us for assistance with placing a multi-sauna order.
Remote Area Surcharge
A $200 surcharge will apply to deliveries to remote areas or islands.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Pickup at nearest freight terminal — $749
Estimated delivery: 2–5 weeks
Curbside delivery to major cities — $999
Estimated delivery: 2–5 weeks

Ground Shipping — $0
Freight Delivery Information
Saunas are large freight shipments and are typically delivered via LTL freight carriers.
Freight delivery generally includes:
- Curbside delivery
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Palletized shipment
Drivers typically do not move the sauna inside the home or building unless professional installation service or garage delivery is selected.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks.
Customers must ensure adequate access for freight delivery. Additional carrier charges due to inaccessible delivery locations, missed delivery appointments, or rescheduled delivery may be billed to the customer.
Additional carrier fees may also apply if:
- Delivery appointments are missed
- Addresses are incorrect
- Delivery must be rescheduled
Professional Delivery & Assembly (Southern California)
Professional Delivery and Assembly services are available in:
- Los Angeles County
- Orange County
- San Diego County
- Select areas of the Inland Empire
If your address qualifies, the Professional Delivery and Assembly option will appear at checkout.
After your order is placed, a representative will contact you within 2–4 business days to schedule installation.

Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
If the packaging appears damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact Arki Saunas immediately
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent us from filing a freight claim.
