At Arki Saunas, we believe your sauna should be a long-term investment in your health and wellness.
That’s why we proudly offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all residential sauna purchases, designed to provide lasting confidence in the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of your sauna.
“Lifetime” is defined as seven (7) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Residential Warranty Coverage (Lifetime – 7 Years)
Under normal residential use, Arki Saunas warrants that your sauna will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Covered Components
• Infrared heaters (carbon fiber / full spectrum emitters)
• Integrated red light therapy system (LED emitters and control components)
• Electrical systems (control panel, wiring, power supply)
• Wood structure (cabinet, panels, and framing)
• Factory-installed components and accessories (excluding glass)
During the warranty period, Arki Saunas will, at its discretion:
• repair defective components, or
• provide replacement parts
Commercial Warranty Coverage (3 Years)
For commercial, business, or high-usage environments (including gyms, studios, clinics, or rental applications), Arki Saunas provides a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
• fitness centers
• spas and wellness studios
• short-term rental properties
• shared or multi-user environments
Commercial warranty coverage includes the same components listed above but is limited to a 3-year period due to increased usage and wear.
Use in a commercial environment without prior disclosure may result in limited or voided warranty coverage.
Glass Door Warranty (1 Year)
The sauna’s tempered glass components, including doors and windows, are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
It does not cover:
• accidental breakage
• impact damage
• improper installation
• misuse or handling
Lifetime Guarantee
In addition to warranty coverage, Arki Saunas provides lifetime guarantee on supporting your sauna.
Our team is available to assist with:
• troubleshooting
• maintenance guidance
• replacement part recommendations
• general sauna operation support
We are committed to supporting you for as long as you own your sauna.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Arki Saunas are constructed from high-quality natural wood. As a natural material, wood may exhibit variations over time, including:
• minor surface cracks
• knots and grain variations
• color changes
These characteristics are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
Small surface cracks caused by natural expansion and contraction due to temperature and humidity changes do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the sauna and are not covered under warranty.
Parts, Service & Shipping Responsibility
This warranty covers replacement parts only.
Customers are responsible for:
• shipping and handling costs associated with warranty parts
• any labor required for installation, removal, or repair
To provide a better customer experience, Arki Saunas will cover standard shipping costs for approved warranty parts within the first 90 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, all shipping and handling costs for warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Installation & Use Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage:
• the sauna must be installed according to manufacturer guidelines
• the sauna must be used in a dry, indoor environment
• proper electrical requirements must be followed
Failure to follow these requirements may void the warranty.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear
• cosmetic changes or natural material variations
• damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• outdoor use or exposure to moisture, rain, or extreme conditions
• unauthorized modifications or repairs
• damage not reported within required timeframes
• labor costs for installation, removal, or reassembly
• shipping or freight costs for replacement parts (after 90 days)
How to File a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
• order number or proof of purchase
• description of the issue
• photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and provide next steps.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arki Saunas shall not be liable for:
• loss of use of the product
• incidental or consequential damages
• personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse
Important Notice
By purchasing and using this product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• warranty service is limited to parts replacement only
• shipping, freight, and labor costs are not included under warranty coverage after the initial 90-day period
