Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit.
If a shipped order is cancelled, refused, or returned, the following charges will apply:
- $800 shipping cost
- 15% restocking fee
These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns
Arki Saunas offers a 30-day return policy for new products.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- The product must be in new and resalable condition
Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage may not qualify for return.
Return Fees
Approved returns are subject to:
- $800 shipping deduction
- 15% restocking fee
Original shipping charges and express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Open-box units
- Custom or special-order products
- Installed or used saunas
All such sales are final.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from Arki Saunas, the order will be treated as a return and subject to:
- $800 shipping charge
- 15% restocking fee
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued after:
- The returned product has been received at our warehouse
- The product has been inspected and approved
Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
